The study was conducted to provide an economic analysis of poultry production (layer) in San Luis, Pampanga. The researcher used total enumeration. The data gathered were tabulated, analyzed and interpreted using frequency, percentage and simple cost and retum analysis. The researcher gathered the socio-demographic profile of the respondents. As to the management practices, each of the respondents had their own practices in terms of buildings/housings and cages, light, feeding, water, farm equipment's machineries and tools, veterinary, sanitation practices and lip cutting/debeaking. As to the Marketing, for the average cost and return analysis incurred by 10 respondents (cycle basis), the total cost of production was 34,127,021, the total sales were 36,126,219, and the net income was 1,799,278 with 5.27% of (ROD. In terms of the problems encountered by the respondents, cost of production specifically feeds cost is the rank 1 problem, rank 2 is the different types of diseases such as highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) bird flu, foodbome and zoonotic diseases, rank 3 is the weather condition like climate change, rank 4 is the competition which mostly affect the egg prices, rank 5 is the poor road condition which is related to rank 6 fragility/oreakage of eggs. As to the possible solutions, Rank | is the support from the government in such a way that to lessen/lower the prices of feeds, rank 2 is the control and preventive measures which is all about setting up restrictions in order to assure the safety of poultry farm, rank 3 is the mitigation which is preparing for the climate change in order to prevent the chicken from experiencing stress, rank 4 is attending marketing related trainings and seminars which will give respondents additional knowledge in terms of marketing their products, rank 5 is repairing the farm to market roads which can help them travel faster to the target markets, lastly is the rank 6 which is the proper packaging/handling of eggs to avoid fragility/breakage of eggs.
