It's Ohana's Best Partner". The Ohana's Grub offered, Processed food like, Ube Jam, Chili Paste, and Pastillas de Ube, It also offered meat, frozen products, eggs, and taisan bread. The price of Ohana's Grub products ranged from Php 10.00 to Php 120.00. The price of the products depends upon the purchase and production cost. The initial investment of the owner of Ohana's Grub was Php 20,000. If people face a lot of problems, this business also does, the problem she encountered was (1) During the operation of her business in terms of management aspect, she doesn't know how to segregate her tasks and duties. (2) In terms of the marketing aspect, there was an increase in the price of raw materials which resulted in higher expenses and lesser profit. (3) Rapid deterioration of her products affected her production. In life, there are periods of challenges that we must face, and businesses also do. But the real challenge is how we grow and learn from overcoming them. The owner of Ohana's Grub had a solution to these problems, here solutions were; (1) she enhanced her time management skills. (2) To be able to lessen the cost, she helped the farmers in harvesting the chili. (3) To avoid wastage of products, she minimized her purchase and production of the products based on the number of orders. This business was known as "J Ohana's Viand" but the owner decided to change it into "Ohana's Grub" because other than "ulam" she also thought of alternative products that consumers might like to eat. These products are homemade (Ube jam, Pastillas de Ube, and Chili Garlic Oil) and these can be eaten as dessert and spices in the food of consumers. The owner of Ohana's Grub learned that, if the owner doesn't enjoy what he/she doing, every part of the business will be a struggle and he/she is able to be fully invested to find success. And don't just focus on plan A, a contingency plan must be ready at all times.
