TORRES, MPS SCHOOL PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY DEGREE :BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP YEAR COMPLETED - : JULY 2022 The study was implemented at Hebrews Café located at San Nicolas 1, Magalang Pampanga purok 5. This training report provides information and experience concerning the management operation in terms of operations, production, marketing and finance. For aspiring future entrepreneurs especially in managing a business this study provides information needed in putting up the business. For future researchers, this will serve as a reference material to those who want to undertake similar studies in this line. Primary data were gathered through series of personal interviews with the owners of Hebrews café who also contributed in collecting the files and in gathering the information needed. The data gathered were from the areas of (1) Investments, consists of initial capital and its utilization; (2)Organization, consists of the organizational chart, duties and responsibilities, and human resource management; (3) Operation, consists of area and location, inputs used in operation process, and volume of production; (4) Marketing, which consisted of the 7 Cs of marketing; (5)finance, consists of income statement, balance sheets, and financial ratios. Secondary data were gathered from current data available and other reading materials. The firm is a partnership type of business registered under the name of Hebrews cage owned by Mr. Ezra D. Arbiol and his partner Faith Stephen G. Supan. Identification and problem analysis were done regarding the organization, production, marketing and financial aspect of the firm. The following are the problems encountered by the firm: (1) in the management, the owners lack the experience in handling duties and responsibilities; (2) financial aspect, some sales were not recorded properly.
