Pampanga State Agricultural University, PAC, Magalang, Pampanga. Adviser: RICARDO HERNANDEZ The farm practice was conducted at Manalang Farm which is located at Brgy. San Jose Porac, Pampang. During the farm practice the student were exposed to the different management practices that applied in a poultry farm. He also able to know the different facilities and equipment, feeds and feeding and health program. In this training, he was able to apply all the knowledge and skills that he learned from the school such as proper handling of animals, brooding management water management, ventilation management and so on. At the time of the training, the farm has 209,301 heads when the brooding started and dropped into 188,710 with the mortality of 9.58%. The birds were reared for 35 days. The initial weight was 45 grams and the average final weight was 1,430 grams with the total gain in weight of 1,385. It's average daily gain is 39.38 and the total feed consumed is 2032 per birds. The bird's feed conversion ratio is 1.61.The overall results shows that the farm has a poor performance when in terms of mortality %, average final weight and fer.
