ADVISER: RICARDO HERNANDEZ.,, M.S.A The farm practice was held in Golden Hog Farm, located in Duquit, Mabalacat City, Pampanga from April 15, 2019 to May 26, 2019. The practice/internship is one of the ways for the student to compare theoretical to the actual practices in handling farm animals. This is also a way for the student to experience the different management practices inside a farm, through cleaning, feeding, giving of medication and vaccination to the animals he/she is handling during the practice. After accomplishing the said practice, the student is now equipped with new skills in animal management and can be used in his/her future employment; specifically, by assisting in farrowing, care of the newborn piglets, cutting of the needle teeth and tail docking, castration, semen collection and processing, artificial insemination, heat detection, and etc.
