This study was conceptualized in order to explore customers' perception on automated services in fast-food restaurants in the province of Pampanga. Knowledge of customers' perception would greatly help in improving the quality of service provided in fast-food restaurants. This descriptive research used cluster sampling method. It was revealed in the results of this study that customers were confident with self-service technology in fast food restaurants. Therefore, it is recommended that the management of these restaurants can plan on adding other self-service features to its food service and dining operations so as to increase efficiency in its services and add value to its food products.
