Gonzales The study aimed to develop a Web-based Rainfall Cropping Calendar system, that will be able to display the recommended season for planting, sowing and harvesting period of the major crops in the provinces of Region Ill. Specifically it aimed to show the calculated rainfall data based on the data for the past fifteen years, additional cimatological data to view are the wind speed, relative humidity, maximum temperatures, minimum temperatures and ten day rainfall data from the Agro-meteorological Stations. The researchers came up with this study to help farmers and other plantations to improve their crops productivity, and to reduce the crops failure due to climate change. Systems Development Life Cycle and different diagrams such as Use Case Diagrams, Network Diagram and System Architectural Design were used to develop the study. interview, Questionnaires, Internet, and Library were used in the study to gather the necessary information. The result of the study was a Cropping Calendar for the selected major crops that can be used as guide for planting in Region Ill. The perception of farmers which were the respondents of the study was 3.2 which means agreed that the system is reliable for them especially to those farmers who are relying ors rain fed irrigation. Aside from the farmers, the respondents from the locale alsc got 3.3 mean which means that they agreed that the system can give additiona information in plantings which can be advise to the farmers and also can provide them a climatological data.
