The farm practice was conducted in Golden Hog Farm located at Dugust, Mabalacat, Pampanga from April 15, 2019 to May 26, 2019. This practice is the one of method to experience the actual and hands-on management practice in swine production. This practice helps the student in familiarizing the tools and equipment, feeds and feeding, medication, vaccination, breeds and breeding and other management practices in the farm. Artificial insemination is a new management practice done in the farm. It requires skilled and expert technician to perform well. Through farm practice, the student-trainee was able to apply the knowledge he learned from school to the actual field and he also gained more skills, which will surely be useful in the future.
