The study aimed to assess the effects of different levels of Azolla meal (AZM) and Trichantera gigantea leaf meal (TGLM) supplemented on the growth performance of Hubbard Chickens fed with commercial chicken starter and grower ration. It was conducted from October 25, 2020 to November 27, 2020 in Barangay San Nicolas, San Simon Pampanga. A total of 90 seven-weeks old female Hubbard chickens were randomly distributed to the three treatments with 3 replicates, and 10 chickens per replicate in Completely Randomized Design (CRD). Data gathered were subjected to one-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) using Statistical Tool for Agricultural Research (STAR). The experimental treatment were cut, chopped manually and mixed to a ratio of: T; = Control 100% Commercial ration (starter and grower feeds), Tz = Commercial ration (starter and grower feeds) with 15% Azolla meal and T3= Commercial ration (starter and grower feeds) with 15% Trichantera leaf meal. The results of the study showed that the supplementation of Azolla meal and Trichantera gigantea leaf meal in chicken ration did not significantly influence the gain in weight, average consumption, and feed conversion ratio of experimental birds. However, there is a significant difference in the final weight of chickens fed with commercial ration than those birds with supplemented Azolla meal and Trichantera gigantea leaf meal.
