The study was conducted at Classicbrand Distributorship, Inc. located in Barangay Baliti, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. It provides information concerning the management operation of the firm, in terms of investments, organization, production, marketing and finance. This study offers information that might be needed in putting up a business for aspiring entrepreneurs, especially in the aspect of distributorship. For researchers, this will serve as a reference material to those who want to undertake similar studies along this topic. Primary data were gathered through series of personal interviews with the operations group head, finance head, sales supervisor and administrative personnel of Classic brand Distributorship, Inc. The needed data were on the areas of (1) investment, which consisted investment activities; (2) organization, composed of organizational chart, duties and responsibilities as well as human resource management; (3) operation, consisted the firm area, location and production process or the operation flow chart; (4) marketing, which composed of 7 C's of marketing; and (5) finance, consisted income statement and balance sheet. Secondary data were gathered from available literatures and other reading materials, such as from the Internet and libraries. The firm is a corporation type of business registered under the name Classicbrand Distributorship, Inc. whose shareholders are Danilo Calso, Gregorio Mendoza, Jemimah Eunice Alviar, Roque Mendoza, Reynaldo Garcia, Zoilo Calso, Eddie Calso, Ma. Belen Grace Ong, Gregg Martin Mendoza, Christian Calso and Jay Azriel Calso. Problem identification and analysis was done regarding the organization and operation of the firm. The following are the problems encountered by the firm: (1) in organization: lack of human resource staff; (2) in operation, high return of bad orders; and (3) in operation, lack of maintenance for their delivery trucks. Alternative courses of action were formulated for the existing problems of the firm. Based on evaluation, the following are recommended to improve the business operation of Classicbrand Distributorship, Inc.: for organization, the firm should hire more human resource staff and increase their salary; for operation, the firm should strictly follow what is written in the contract and they should also explain it very well to their loyal customers or clients. The firm should monitor their trucks daily.
