The study aimed to develop and evaluate a Module in Mathematics 8 following the strategic intervention material format to aid the learning gaps of the learners in Mathematics. The researcher utilized design and development research. The development of the module was based on the K to 12 Basic Education Program Curriculum Guide for Grade 8 Mathematics. After this development, the first draft was evaluated by one math teacher, one master teacher, one head teacher, one Learning Resources Management and Development System (LRMDS) coordinator and one principal. All the comments, suggestions and corrections from the evaluators were applied for the improvement of the module. The percentages were computed. The final evaluation on the Module in Mathematics 8 showed that 100% rated "yes" in all the statements in terms of content, design/format and pedagogical aspects. It was concluded that all the topics written on the modules were assessed to be acceptable and easy to understand, the format of the module was properly executed and the objectives, assessments and other activities were all directed to one goal. Generally, the results suggest that the proposed module in Mathematics 8 can be used as a material for learners with learning gaps. Keywords: module, strategic intervention material, learning gaps.
