On the job training in the swine farm was conducted at 3G gold farm, Barangay, San Pedro, Bangko, Bamban, Tarlac from April to June 2019. In this training, the student trainee was able to showed the practices of the management inside the farm which are; tail docking, teeth clipping, castration, semen collection, artificial insemination, farrowing management like taking care of sow, heat detection, and administration of iron supplement, vitamins, and vaccines. The student trainee has accomplished the different activities on the farm. These practices were very essential for the trainee to apply in his future career. During the training, the average litter size at birth is 11.7 piglets, the average number of stil! birth is 0.029, the average number of mummified is 0.051, average birth weight is 1.54 kg, average weaning weight is 7.67 kg, average weaning day is 30 days, weaning percentage is 91.45%, percentage mortality is 9.34%, the farrowing index is 2.34, the average gestation period is 114.25 days, average post-weaning estrus is 5.9 days, the farrowing interval is 156.25 days, average litter size at weaning is 10.7 piglets, and lost days is 6.3days.
