The farm practice was conducted at EJR ANNE Farm in San Ildefonso "Balitucan", Magalang Pampanga During the internship, the traince had undergone practical and physical experience regarding broiler farming, poultry farm Management, poultry feeds and industry and farm bio security. With this training he learned the basics on handling chicken and time of feeding. The farm has 3 buildings with tunnel ventilation system. The initial number of birds was 37,651 with an initial weight of 35 grams. After the training, the total number of the birds solid was 36,523 with an average final weight of 1.975. farm records revealed that all the parameters in production standards were all rated as "good" such as percent mortality, average final weight, feed conversion ratio, and average daily gain. The trainee skills were enhanced. During the actual training he delivered his knowledge from school into action. Throughout duration of the farm practice, the student trainee gained knowledge and skills regarding all procedures and techniques used in raising broiler such as preparation of brooder, brooding of chicks, feeds and feeding of birds, administering vitamins and antibiotics, providing water, disinfection, proper harvesting of broiler and record keeping.
