The field practice was conducted from September 2018 to September 2019 at Meshek Hirsh Farm LTD, Moshav Lachish, Hadarom, Israel. This training aimed to develop the skills of the trainee and to learn new knowledge about the management practices of grapes production that can be useful in the future. The training program consists of five days of practical work in the field and one-day theoretical studies in school. During this time, students engaged in different farm activities such as lay-outing, installing drip hose, transplanting, selecting rootstock, leaf thinning, fruit thinning, harvesting, pruning, cleaning drip hose, plant shaping, grafting, conduct research and other activities in the vineyard. Mishek Hirsh farm produces grapes. The farm cultivates many different varieties of table grapes and continues to breed new varieties that have more desirable and marketable properties. Their produce was usually marketed to the locality of Israel. The whole training program consists of physical hard jobs. These helped in shaping the trainee's personalities and views in life. The trainee becomes more mature, disciplined, independent, and acquired a broader knowledge and skills about grapevine production.
