This study used development research to design an instructional video for cheerdancing. It followed two phases: development and evaluation. The topic selection was a suggestion from MAPEH teachers and supervisors, needs and interests of the learners as well as the curriculum guide of the MAPEH subject since the materials on cheerdance were not readily available. Script and storyboard covered the consultation and planning with cheerdance and information technology experts. The video recorded cheerdance included voice over to describe the routine. The last part was the editing. Proof reading the text, listening to the audio, and sequencing of the routine were completed. The instructional material underwent an evaluation to check its effectiveness and efficiency based on the standards of the Learning Resources Management and Development System (LRMDS) of the Department of Education. The Education Program Supervisor in MAPEH, Learning Resources Management and Development System coordinator, master teachers in MAPEH and Information Technology experts assessed the material. There were some revisions on the material's content and technical quality to meet the standards of the evaluation tool.
