The study intended to develop an intervention for students with mathematical skill deficiency. It employed an experimental-developmental method of research to gather the needed data which involved 37 senior high school students who stood as the participants of the study. In terms of the mathematical skills of the students, findings showed that majority of the students got low mean scores in pre-test which was interpreted as weak to all their mathematical skills namely communication, representation, mathematizing and reasoning and argumentation. To address the issue, an intervention material was developed which followed four phases namely: planning, development, evaluation and improvement. The developed intervention material had rates given by the mathematical and communication experts which were all interpreted as exceeds expectations. Furthermore, this study also revealed that students' mathematical deficiencies improved significantly in the post-test, which implied that the use of intervention material was effective and helped the students enhance their mathematical skills.
