The capstone project entitled "Motor Pool Vehicle Scheduling and Reservation" all universities and colleges or company have a motor pool department, the work of this department is to provide transportation for their companions. Pampanga State Agricultural University is doing manual reservation for transaction. This manual process faced some inconvenience to both administrators and other staff of the school. The objective of the study is to develop an online website that would serves as tool for checking the availability of vehicles, to reserve and schedule a vehicle trip and generate utilize and expenses reports. The system helps the management and the beneficiaries for this simple and user friendly system. In this study, the research and development method was used by the researchers to gather information about the present existence condition. This method used to understand the characteristics of locale that follow certain common practices. In order to successfully develop the system, incremental methodology was used. Analytical tools such as dat flor diagram, use case diagram, system flowchart and entity relationship diagram were utilized to describe the logic of the application. Furthermore, the design and development of the application was performed with the use of HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript and JQuery. Additionally, testing was carried out to the locale in order to recognize the possible errors and verify it's the functionalities. Survey questionnaires were prepared to evaluate the respondents' perception with regards to the developed system. The respondents were the Motor Pool Staff, PSAU employees and IT Experts. The final findings in this study resulted that the respondents agreed to the developed website that can help the locale on their operation in daily basis. Based on the survey results, the study accumulated an average mean of 3.87 for the staff, 3.53 for the employees, and 3.15 for the IT experts. The respondents agreed that the project was useful.
