The study was conducted to evaluate the business operations of Tas Decors, located at Barangay 1165 Purok 5, Apalit, Pampanga. The study will provide information concerning the management practices in terms of investments, organization, production, marketing and finance. For aspiring future entrepreneurs especially in decoration, this study provides information that might be needed in putting up the business. For future researchers, this will serve as a reference material to those who want to undertake similar studies in this line.Primary data were gathered through series of personal interviews with the owner and other staffs of Tas Decors who also contributed in compiling the files and in gathering the information needed. These data were gathered from the areas of (1) investments, consists of initial capital and its utilization; (2) organization, consists of the organizational chart, duties and responsibilities, and human resource management; (3) production, consists of area and location, inputs used in production technology and process, and volume of production; (4) marketing, which consisted of the 7 C's of marketing; and (5) finance, consists of income statements, balance sheets and financial ratios. Secondary data were gathered from current data available and other reading materials. The firm is a sole proprietorship type of business registered under the name of Tas Decors owned and managed by Mr. Anastacio B. Nabong. The following were the problems encountered by the firm: in the organization, workers don't have proper uniforms. They just wera what they want to wear and sometimes they are working without shirt and in marketing, the firm lacks channel distribution, where most of their products are being supplied only in one company. Alternative courses of action were formulated for the existing problems of the firm. Based on evaluation, the following are recommended to improve the business operation of Tas Decors; for the organization, the owner must provide uniform for his workers, because providing a uniform to the workers will make them look presentable and for them to be safe also, and for marketing, the owner must consider the promotion or advertisement for the product to be known to others.
