This study aimed to design, fabricate and evaluate the efficiency of a fish incubator in a recirculating system for tilapia eggs. It was conducted at PSAU hatchery of Pampanga State Agricultural University, PAC, Magalang, Pampanga from January 2020 to April 2020. Three (3) sets of different designs were constructed and installed at the PSAU hatchery area. The pH level, dissolve oxygen level, ammonia level, temperature level of the water was monitored. The hatching rate, survival rate and mortality rate were also determined. The result of the study revealed that the incubator in a recirculating system provides favourable condition for the growth of the tilapia eggs. Thus, the design and the system itself are efficient and economically viable. The following are hereby recommended: the artificial fish incubator, following the design in treatment 1 is efficient; it is recommended to maintain the water quality inside the fish incubator close to standard; artificial incubation is recommended for commercial farming.
