The farm practice was conducted at Boston Ridge Farm located at Sitio Dalupon, Barangay Anupul Bamban, Tarlac. Boston Ridge Farm used monitor type housing for its buildings. Each department has complete facilities. The farm consists of 2000 sow level at present. During the farm practice the student trainee conducted different management practices like care of the navel cord, cutting of needle teeth, castration, tail docking, administration of medicines, vitamins and vaccines, artificial insemination, feeding of animals, semen collection, semen, processing and assisting of farrowing sows. The comparison between farm and standard data revealed that the farrowing index, average litter size and average stillbirth rated "good" while the mortality rated "good".
