The study aimed to describe the customer service strategies for senior citizen in fast food restaurant in Concepcion, Tarlac. The researcher believed that the findings of the study may present to the improvement or development of customer service strategies of fast food restaurants in Concepcion, Tarlac for senior citizen. Data were gathered using a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to the managers of five fat food restaurants. This was conducted with the permission of the fast-food restaurants' managers or supervisors. Descriptive method via questionnaire was the major data gathering instrument used in the study.The questionnaire contained the following parts: Part I - Business Profile, Part II - Kinds of Senior Citizen Strategies Checklist used by fast food restaurant in Concepcion, Tarlac for senior citizen.
