The study aims to assess the socioeconomic impact of Binalaba Small Impounding Project located at Sitio Binalaba, Dampe, Floridablanca, Pampanga. It will also determine the socio-demographic profile of the farmer-beneficiaries and the change in yield and gross income as a result of putting up the SWIP. The study is limited in collecting data information about the socioeconomic effect of Binalapa SWIP among the farmer-beneficiary in Brgy. Dampe, Floridablanca, Pampanga. The researcher conducted the study from January to February 2020. The area of the SWIP is 13,699 m2. The features of the dam are 14.90m of dam height and 156m of length. The researcher used the interview method. The interviews were consisted of meetings with the respondents and she prepared a set of questions to ask but added some follow up questions regarding into the effect of the SWIP and farmer aspects. The study showed that there are no significant improvement in the socioeconomic of the farmers in Dampe, Floridablanca, Pampanga. The researcher recommended that an intensive study and monitoring is needed in building SWIP to effectively improve the socioeconomic of the community.
