The study was conducted to evaluate the management pratices of ECS Farm and Poultry Supply located at San Nicolas, Concepcion, Tarlac. I aimed to know the historical background of the firm and management activities in terms of organization, investment, operation, marketing and financial aspects. This also intended to identify and analyze the problems encountered by the firm to give possible solutions, and to offer recommendations to existing problems. Primary data were gathered through series of personal interviews with the owner and other workers of ECS Farm and Poultry Supply who also contributed in compiling the necessary files and gathering the needed information. Secondary data were gathered from current data available and other reading materials. Financial statement and ratio were done to determine the financial standing of the firm. The result of the analysis showed that the firm is financially stable. Identification and problem analysis was done regarding the organization, and marketing operations of the firm. One of the problems found on the firm organization was lack of maintenance for the vehicles they use for delivering the stocks and also that the ECS Farm and Poultry Supply doesn't have a bookkeeper.
