The study aims to trace the graduates of the Ed.D. program of Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) for academic year 1997-2018. This survey applied a descriptive method of research. There were 48 respondents, predominantly females (45.8%) whose ages ranged from 41-50 years old, married and passed the board examinations, with high employment rate (1.7%) and are presently employed in public institutions at the time of the study, in which the graduates have been promoted. Their present jobs, all professionals in nature are very relevant to their degree. The respondents gave top remarks to the teaching quality of the faculty and dtudent records management and testing/grading system, but admission and registration process and opportunity to contact staff need to be revisited. The Ed.D. program had enormous contribution to the job skills of the respondents, such as working as a team and also in critical thinking. The strength of the curriculum is on personality development such as developed self-confidence, enhanced critical thinking, and communication skills. There are plenty of buildings and competent faculty. However, there are also weaknesed in the program such as some faculty members are not updated with the recent issues and trends in education. The recommendations offered by the respondents include topics should be discussed based on research findings, and finally, faculty members should further expound topics being discussed by class reporters. Furthermore, the university canteen should operate even during class hours for students to avail food and snacks.
