The main purpose of the study was to create a system that helps in solving the problem of its locale. As revealed in the interview conducted by the researchers to the students, too much computations and manual process topped the lists of the students' complaints. Most of the time a lot of students were struggling on how to start a documentation. The objective in creating the study was to create a system that helps students to create their own capstone project easier, faster and comfortable. Most of the students had hard time in doing the documentation and they did not have enough knowledge on how to do every part of it. Although they were fully guided by their advisers, most of them still had a hard time in doing it. The study composed of an android application and a web-based system. The android application provided detailed guidelines on how to create capstone project documentation such as formatting and content of each chapter. It also provided basic System Analysis and Design (SAD) lessons, wherein the system served as instructional material for the subject. Laravel Framework was used in creating the system, MySQL for databases, Photoshop, Hyper-Text Mark-up Language, and bootstrap was employed in designing the system. Interviews and questionnaires were conducted and administered respectively to gather primary data from PSAU students and staffs. To prove the usefullness of the system for the locale, the researchers studied and analyzed the gathered data to develop a Capstone Project Guide Android Application with Thesis Repository that solves the problem of the locale. As the survey was tabulated, the post-survey for the students was accummulated a grand mean of 3.58 which means strongly agree, while the staff scored 2.95 which means agree. As the system was tested, students were satisfied in using the system for it is user-friendly and possessed no difficulty to students who use it.
