This study aimed to map the infrastructure facilities of Pampanga State Agricultural University using geotagging tools and to develop a database of its geographic information. This will allow the Administration to locate and monitor each infrastructure facilities, and to manage the spatial data gathered on the database developed. Pampanga State Agricultural University, having an approximate area of five hundred hectares, has one hundred and twenty six (126) infrastructure facilities and 7 grouped into six classifications namely: Academic Buildings, Housing Facilities, Sports and Recreational Facilities, Science and Technology Facilities, and Road Networks. Using the data gathered from geotagging tools, exporting and and plotting was done on Google Earth Pro in order to come up with the map of PSAU infrastructure facilities. To develop a database, the six (6) classifications of vector layers were created through digitizing on Google Earth Pro and were transported to Quantum Geographic Information Systems (QGIS). The database contains the name, latitude and longitude, elevation, time stamp, and the photo of the infrastructure. The university continuously develops with its infrastructures. This study will provide more transparent and accurate reporting of project accomplishments of the university.
