This quantitative study was conducted to determine the level of awareness and the implementation of child protection policy of the teachers in Bacolor North District. The researcher solicited information about the respondents' level of awareness and implementation in the nine aspects of the Departmentof Education Child Protection Policy, namely: objectives/principles, human rights of students, strategic measures on erring students, regulaying teachers' authority, discrimination against students, violence against students committed in school, bullying or peer abuse, corporal punishment, and other forms of abuse by students. The survey questionnaire was adopted from the study of Ladiza (2018). Based on the result and interpretation, data obtained were considered in the proposed activities in increasing the level of awareness and interpretation of the respondents on child protection policy.
