The study is focused on providing a user-friendly software solution for barangay San Vicente Magalang, Pampanga. The study will help barangay officials to manage and generate report information through a web-based system, thereby replacing the manual system. The system will help the barangay officials of Barangay San Vicente in managing the information of the residents in the whole community, updating the information of a household, generate report of the total population per purok using bar charts, and search the location of a house using the name of the head of the family. It also lessens the process in searching the files needed. The system will serve as a storage application site for the said barangay.The system was developed using QGIS software (Quantum Geographic Information Systems) and PHP, Java Script and XAMPP as database, the system runs using browser and XAMPP as database to be used offline. The study was evaluated by the officials of barangay San Vicente. Respondent perception on the level of effectiveness of the GIS based Population Management System of Barangay San Vicente, Magalang, Pampanga was computed with a grand mean of 4. It meant that respondents Strongly Agree that the system is efficient and effective for the users. Based on the result of the study, the researcher concluded that the study has successfully met the objectives that the system would automate the storing, searching and managing the records of the population of barangay San Vicente, Magalang, Pampanga. The system enables the user to view both the spatial and non-spatial data of a building. It is useful in decision-making for barangay officials, because of the system on generating report of the total population per purok of the barangay, tracinf the location of the house using registered name of the head of the household, and being user-friendly.
