500 ## - GENERAL NOTE
General note ABSTRACT This experiment was carried out to evaluate the effects of supplemented plant leaf Juice (oregano and Lemon grass) at different levels on growth performance and intestinal profile, in broiler chicken. A total number of 1 80, ten-day-old broiler chicks were randomly divided into 6 treatments in 3 blocks ina3 x 2 factorial arrangement. T1- Digestiaide4x® 6grams per gallon of water, T2-Digestiaide4x® 10grams per gallon of water, T3 Fermented Plant Leaf Juice(oregano )6ml per gallon of water, T4 Fermented Plant Leaf Juice(oregano) 1Oml per gallon ofwater, T5 Fermented Plant Leaf (lemon grass)6ml per gallon of water, T6 Fermented Plant Leaf Juice (lemon grass) 10 ml per gallon of water. The gain in weight and feed conversion efficiency were calculated accordingly. The inputs ofall items were precisely recorded for calculation. Statistical analysis indicated no significant differences in body weight, weight gain, feed intake, and feed conversion ratio among the different groups. It could be concluded that Fermented Plant Leaf Juice supplements can be used in lower dosages and as an alternative to Commercial probiotics to improve the growth performance of broilers. Histopathology measured villi length, width, and crypt depth were calculated accordingly. All the needed data were precisely recorded for computation. Statistical analysis indicates that there are no significant differences on day 15, day 22, and day 35 although on day 15 villi length has the least significant difference but has no suggestive that it lowers in villi length. You sent Based on the result of the study, the utilization of fermnented plant leaf juice made of oregano and lemongrass produced the same growth performance when using digestiaide4x®. To increase the phytochemical content of the fermented plant leaf juice, the leaf, such as fermented plant leaf juice, must be crushed and blended. A long time of fermentation may also help in increasing good bacteria content. It may also be tried in other animals, such as swine and ruminants, as an alternative source of probiotics, it can be turned into helpful feed additives, and at lower levels of supplementation, the higher or more down the inclusion has the same effect as the experimental animals. Based on the study cost and return analysis, the higher the number of animals raised, the higher the profit. It will be more feasible if done in medium to a larger scale of production (from micro to macro enterprise).
