DE LEON, MBM : PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY :BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP :JUNE 2023 JL FROZEN PRODUCTS STORE is a home-based business, and it is located in Purok 1, San Roque, San Luis, Pampanga. The operating days and hours of the business were Monday to Sunday between 10:30 am to 7:00 pm for the snacks product, and for the frozen and dessert products is from Monday to Saturday is collecting of orders, and Sunday is delivery of orders between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The business was named "JL Frozen Products Store" with a tagline of "Freeze it, cook it, eat it, and you will like it". The business commodities are: pork shanghai, chicken shanghai with ham & cheese, beef shanghai, pork barbecue (500g), pork barbecue in stick, chicken roll, kalamay sa latik, leche flan, flying saucer, fish ball, tofu, kikiam, fried siomai, squid ball, French fries, cheese stick, and palamig. The product's price ranged from Php 5.00 to Php 160.00. The business owner provided the following strategies to get around these problems: (1) To solve, collection of orders for the frozen and dessert products were from Mondays to Saturdays and deliveries on Sundays were administered while selling snacks every day, the entrepreneur found another emergency driver prior to the delivery, producing extra products helped providing the needs of the customer, and the entrepreneur used an alternative stall that helped especially in the rainy season, (2) one strategy that the entrepreneur used was utilizing Social Media of what products she offered, and also messaging other people about her business, (3) The entrepreneur bought all of the raw materials for 2 days and stocked them for a while in fridge to lessen the transportation fee, (4) the entrepreneur recorded them again in her notebook for her to easily compute her inventories, (5) the entrepreneur put a garbage bag and garbage bin near her stall, also she made a compost pit where she could burn her waste every day. |
