"VWEB-BASED CATTLE HEALTH CARE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WITH QR CODE TECHNOLOGY". Adviser: ThelmaD Miranda, MIT The study entitled "Web-Based Cattle Health Care Management System with QR Code Technology" which discussed the issue of the farm that continue to use a manual and outdated technique of recording. The staff is still using an old method of keeping records that requires additional room, time, paper, and redundancy to retrieve or save livestock information. Researchers developed a cattle information system where the farm staff can benefit from the developed a system in terms of managing the information and health of the cattle that uses QR code technology. The researchers used tools including observation, interview, questionnaire, and online research. To develop the system, the researchers used Use Case Diagram, System Flowchart, and Context Diagram. Different technologies, including CSS, Java Script, HTML, PHP, and PhpMyAdmin, an open-source MySQL administration tool Based on the data gathered from the study that were then assessed by the employees, data experts, and IT experts validated the system that achieved a mean of 3.52 (strongly agree), 3.87 (strongly agree), and 3.67 (strongly agree), respectively. The results of the study manifested compliance with the objectives set by the authors.
