General note ABSTRACT BUSINESS SIMULATION PROGRAM OF DEPARTMENT BUSINESS ENTREPRENEURSHIP (DABEE) FACULTY AT GOVERNOR RAFAEL L. LAZATIN INTEGRATED SCHOOL (GRLLIS): AN EVALUATION TITLE OF AGRICULTURAL AND & ECONOMICS MARK RUBENER MAMAAT BANTILAN AUTHOR ADVISER SCHOOL LESLIE V. TORRES, MPS PAMPANGA STATE UNIVERSITY AGRICULTURAL OF SCIENCE IN BACHELOR AGRICULTURAL ECONOMICS DEGREE YEAR COMPLETED JUNE 2023 : This study was conducted to analyze the business simulation program of the Department of Agricultural Business & Economics and Entrepreneurship (DABEE) faculty at Governor Rafael L. Lazatin Integrated School (GRLLIS). A total of 70 student respondents and 12 faculty respondents were identified. Most GRLLIS students are entrepreneurially inclined and still conducting the DABEE's business simulation, and are motivated to start a business and take business-related courses in their college. A high probability appears that the DABEE business simulation could motivate students to pursue professions in business. Factors that contribute to students' entrepreneurial inclination are family business, friend's business, successful businessmen and businesswomen, and inspired by social media influencers. Utilizing logistic regression analysis, the impact of the business simulation program on the DABEE faculty at GRLLIS was determined. The independent variables, such as gender, household size, DABEE business simulation, family business influence, friend business influence, success business, and social media, are statistically significant. Aspects that make it difficult for students to continue running their small businesses are preoccupied with school-related activities, lack of time, and fear of losing money. Specifically, majority of the faculty respondents are inspired to conduct business simulations and like to teach again in GRLLIS if there are face-to-face classes. Problems encountered by most of the respondents are the following: slow internet connection, limited time in online class, limited movement since there is a pandemic, being preoccupied with school-related activities, fear of losing money, and lack of time. Possible solutions are high internet connection, available time since there is face-to-face class, allowed movement since there is no pandemic, risk taker, and time management.
