Miranda, DIT Tilapia is one of the most commonly cultivated fish in the world and is essential for many people's growth, health, and well-being as a source of protein and essential minerals (Phys Org, 2021). Tilapia farming is a rapidly growing industry, and like other sectors of agriculture, farmers are constantly seeking ways to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. One approach to increasing productivity in tilapia farming is through the adoption of advanced management techniques (Roys Farm, 2022). Castro's Fishpond in Sta. Lucia Magalang. Pampanga, has 34 fishponds and each of them currently contains 30,000 tilapia fingerlings, which are raised and nourished until they reach the point where they can be sold in the market. This project for Castro's Fishpond is initiated to solve the problems faced by the organization, which include an adaptation of Castro's farm techniques by existing employees and time-consuming training for newly hired workers. The primary objective of this system is to provide a training guide to newly hired employees which will help them adapt to the job quickly and efficiently. The training guide developed for employees enables them to complete their work. Agile Methodology Scrum Model was used to create the study. The following questionnaire, Internet searches, and interviews served as the research instruments. The system was designed using a data flow diagram and a system flowchart. The study used purposive sampling in conducting or evaluating the system. Fourteen (14) farmer employees with an average mean of 3.23, two (2) Tilapia Specialist with an average mean of 3.50, and one (1) owner of Castro's fishpond with an average mean of 3.25, the respondents Strongly Agreed that the developed system provides Castro's Fishpond with correct information and an effective training guide. |
