Liwanag Mobiles phones also give students access to tools and apps that can help them complete and stay on top of their class work. These tools can also teach students to develop better study habits, like time management and organization skills. As the use is increasing an equal amount of power is required to run the application. As in regular routine we can charge the phone easily but as routine changes and if we are on a long journey or in emergency or in some unpredictable situations where we require emergency mobile charging at that time coin insertion mobile charging system plays a vital role where one can easily charge their phone at public places at low cost. The main objective of this study is to design and develop a cost effective and proper charging station for students, employees, and visitors of the University that is pollution free and comes from renewable energy. Specifically, to develop a solar based power charging station that is environmental friendly, to generate clean, quiet and easy to use renewable electricity that give off no harm and to become more reliable due to the advancement in technology in storing electricity. The developed project was planned, analyzed and design using the tools Such as Use Case Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, Flowchart and Entity Relationship Diagram. The project was made through the use of PYTHON 3, JAVASCRIPT, PHP, MySql and Apache. Based on the survey results computed, the average mean of BSIT 4 Year student was 4.6, Faculties of DCSA was 4.7 and I.T expert was 4.7. The respondents agreed that the project was useful. Based on the survey that been conducted by the researchers, respondents "strongly agreed" to the developed system in this case the said system is useful and helpful, the researchers met the requirements of the users and administrator.
