OF FACE MASKS AND FACE SIIELDS, BACHELOR OF SCIENCE N BIOLOGY MAJOR IN MICROBIOLOGY, Pampanga State Agrieultural This study aimed to assess the knowledge, attitude, and practices of the on-site employees of Pampanga State Agricultural University in PAC, San Agustin, Magalang, Pampanga towards contamination of face masks and face shields; the relationship between their profile and their knowled ge scores, attitude and practices; and present an extension project to prevent contamination from face masks and face shields, The panel nembers and validators validated a four-part questionnaire, and after the final approval, the questionnaire was distributed via Google Form through social media platforms. Data Fourteen (14) of the 41 respondents wvere male, and 27 were female. The respondents came from 21 different departments/offices with ages ranging from 23 to 54 years old. Results of the study showed that the respondents' knowledge scores were of a moderate level. In contrast, the data analysis showed that the profile of the respondents has no significant relationship with their knowledge scores, attitude, and practices towards contamination of face masks and face shields. Results of the study also showed that the respondents' age, sex, educational attainment, vaccine status, department/ office, and age had no significant relationship with their attitude and practices towards contamination of face masks and face shields. Awareness should be enhanced through various means, such as extension projects, to avoid contamination from face masks and face shields.
