General note ABSTRACT Bretenia, Rustom S., Ranillo, Christian G., Samson, Sam Manuel C., Department of Computer Studies and Automation - College of Engineering and Computer Studies, Pampanga State Agricultural University, Magalang. Pampanga. June 2023. "DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PSAU- QMS OFFICE DOCUMENTED INFORMATION REPOSITORY SYSTEM" Adviser: Engr. MaribelT. Bravo The study entitled "Development and Implementation of PSAU-QMS Office Documented Information Repository System" was developed with the aim of improving document management and efficiency in the QMS office by providing a centralized and secure location for storing and managing documents. The Pampanga State Agricultural University's QMS Office experienced issues in handling university documents; as a result, the office needs a system that is functional. The researchers created the system with this in mind. The system's specific objectives include providing a repository for ISO documents, creating account restrictions for end users, allowing users to view documents, providing an online form for requesting documents, notifying users of the documents' retention periods, allowing users to search, download, and upload documents, generating repots, and validating the system's functionality. The descriptive approach was the research design chosen by the researchers. The researchers collected all the data required for the creation of the study through research, questionnaires, and interviews. The researchers used an incremental model to develop the system. Different diagrams, including Use Case Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, System Flowcharts, and Entity Relationship Diagrams, were used to identify the design and flow of the system. The developed system obtained high evaluation scores from the administrator, who gave ita mean score of 3 ("agree"); end users, who gave it a mean score of 3.87 ("strongly agree"); and IT experts, who gave it a mean score of 3.63 ("strongly agree"). In summary, the system that was created is a useful tool for the admin and personnel at the QMS office. The system achieved its goals of developing and implementing a web-based repository for documented information, and it has the potential to enhance document management and efficiency in the QMS office.
