The Don's enterprise offered fried chicken barbeque and other pinoy delicacies. The price of their product ranged from 25 Php to 100 Php. The total initial investment of the Don's enterprise is 20,000 Php. The problem he encountered was (1) during the implementation of the business in terms of managing operations, the entrepreneur did not have an idea what to do on other duties. (2) There was a sudden increase in prices of raw materials, which resulted in a lesser profit. (3) Some products were left unsold products, causing more expenses with any returns. (4) Some inventories are not properly recorded. The solutions were: (1) the entrepreneur conducted a study on properly doing things. Searching information helped him understand management more. (3) To avoid wastage of products, the entrepreneur minimized the purchase of stock based on the number of orders she got during production. (4) She checked the inventories every day to avoid mistake.
