Formatted contents note their lives. While some people want to take advantage of their time as students and have fun, others prefer to work toward a scholarship that the university offers to students who are on the Dean's List. However, despite the efforts of the students, being recognized on the list is difficult due to the university's current procedures. Additionally, who among the Dean's listers has the highest GWA is still confusing for the students. This capstone project was developed as an educational requirement to resolve educational issues concerning the calculation of each student's General Weighted Average. To attain the purpose, the researchers determined the most common method of calculating the required score for Academic Scholars. The researchers were able to develop an output system capable of providing a clear picture of achieving academic scholarship. The Agile Development Methodology, in conjunction with the Scrum model, was used to provide a structured flow with flexible phases that can be useful for system development. It allows effective deliberation for the expected continuous improvement of the system. Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and MySQL were used to develop the system. Unit testing was also used to ensure that each feature was working properly. The researchers distributed three sets of questionnaires via online to thirty (30) IT students, five (5) DCSA faculty members, and five (5) IT experts to evaluate the system's performance. Their comments and suggestions were incorporated to improve the system. According to the overall mean of "4.44", the system was "Very good" according to student feedback. According to the review by IT Experts and faculty members, the system was "Very Good" in terms of meeting all of its features with a total mean of "4.47" and "4.34". Based on the findings, the study meets all of the objectives.
