The operating hours were Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. The business was named "VHAL'S MARINATED BAR-BE-CUE" with a tagline "Ang Marinated Bar-be-cue na masarap balig baliq-qan". Vhal's Marinated Bar-be-cue offered pork marinated bar-be-cue, chicken marinated bar-be-cue, and beef marinated bar-be-cue.
