Formatted contents note The home-based farm practice was conducted in Barangay Candating, Arayat, Pampanga from January 14 to February 13, 2022. The Cobb broiler chicks were bought at Jhayjhen farm for thirty-five (35) pesos per bird. Two 10ft length, Sft width and 3ft height broiler housing were constructed from coco lumber wood, amazon green (plastic screen). BMEG Integra chick booster 1000, Integra starter 2000 and Integra finisher 3000 were used for feeding, Ad libitum was performed as feeding management. The total feed consumed was 167.8 kilogram and the feed wastage was 1.2 kilogram. In health management, Electrolyte and VitaMin pro were used as the multivitamin for the birds. During the practice, symptoms of NCD (Lasota) was observed, b1b1 vaccine was used in the vaccination to prevent NCD. The percent of mortality was 1%. Out of 100 birds, only one died in the practice. The broiler chickens were harvested at the age of 31 days with an average weight of 1,500 grams. The birds were dressed and sold for P 150.00 per kilogram. Feed Conversion Ratio was 1.15 FCR; gain in weight was 1,452.75 grams; Average Daily Gain in weight was 46.86 grams]; and the Average feed consumed was 1.678 kilogram.
