| Formatted contents note | This study is about Angeles City Online Portal Scheduling with Graphical Reports, booking process where in given the opportunity for the clent to choose available date and time appointment. The main objective of this study is to develop an Online scheduling of Cedula, Business Permit and Mayors Clearance of Angeles City, to develop a system that provides requirements and procedures for government form offered (Cedula, Business Permit and Mayor's Clearance), and to develop a system that will use graphical reporting accessed by the admin, so that the employees will see the total number of appointees per day. The researchers used research design and research instrument in fulfilling the study. The research instrument used are the interview, internet, and questionnaires. The researcher used Agile Methodology for the implementation plan. As the researchers gathered data for the system the overall result of the evaluation testing, shows that the overall mean of the Respondents from Angeles City evaluated as Strongly Agreed that the system is useful to them, with a mean of 3.58 and for the Employee from Angeles City Hall evaluated the system as effective for they Strongly Agreed, with a mean of 3.655. In this case, the researchers concluded this study has successfully met the goals and objectives of the system. in particular, Online Scheduling for Angeles provides step by step procedure and requirements for government form offered: Cedula, Business Permit and Mayors Clearance. Recent process only provides on-site application. To lessen the face to face transactions due to huge number of people entering the City Hall. The researchers designed Online Portal of Angeles City for Online Scheduling with Graphical Reports to take an Opportunity for the People of the community In Pampanga to have an online Scheduling. |
