Formatted contents note The objective of the study was to evaluate the effects Fermented Plant Juice of Banana Stem and Water Spinach in the growth performance of Rhode Island Red. A total of 144 Rhode Island Red with an age of 5 to 6 week old were obtained from the hatchery in San Luis, Pampanga used in the study. The birds were divided in 6 treatment group with a total of 8 birds per treatment and 3 replication. An experiment with two-factor arranged in Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) was used in the study. The age of birds served as a blocking factor of the study. Factor A represents the types of FPJ used and factor B represents the levels of inclusion of FPJ. The results of the study showed that the supplementation of Fermented plant and with their respective levels of inclusion shows a significant difference in terms of final weight, gain in weight, and feed conversion ratio. However, there is no significant difference observed in terms of average water consumption and average feed consumed. This study concluded that at the rate of 20 ml per liter of banana stem FPJ shows a positive effect on the growth performance of Rhode Island Red.
