Formatted contents note The study aimed to develop laminated planks from Bolo (Gigantochloa levis) bamboo. Processes in developing laminated bamboo planks are drying, splitting, planing, laminating and subjecting to heat press. Three different binders were used for the laminating process which includes polyvinyl acetate, construction adhesive and animal glue. The average amount of water absorbed by laminated bamboo planks is 21.37% while the mean burned area during fire resistance test is 95.36 cm*. Compressive and flexural strength was also obtained in this study which ranges from 1.30-1.74 MPa and 79.51-158.42 MPa, respectively. In terms of appearance and properties, polyviny! acetate has achieved the highest rating using likert scale.
