BANDOL, MBM SCHOOL : PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY DEGREE : BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN AGRICULTURAL BUSINESS YEAR COMPLETED : JULY 2022 The study was conducted to evaluate the management practices of GVet Marketing Inc, located at Barangay Camba, Arayat, Pampanga. Secondary data were gathered from the Department of Agriculture (DA), and the internet. G-Vet Marketing Inc. is a ready-to-lay commercial business owned by Dr. Victor Gregorio, Dr. Herman Cruz Jr., Florenda Regis, Felizardo Geronimo, and Karen Vivian Delarama. The farm has 3 hectares of land nestling four buildings with a current stock of 80,000 heads per layer. Currently, it has ten regular workers. The farm sells ready-to-lay chickens to the poultry layers in the industry of egg production. Their products also include chicken manure. The breed of the chickens is DeKalb white and they get them from Heritage Veterinary Corporation in Sta. Cruz, Sta. Maria, Bulacan. Their feeds are supplied by Agripacific in Tarlac. They produce their own vitamins, medicines, and vaccines for their layers. The farm delivers its products in Batangas, Pangasinan, Tarlac, Bulacan and Pampanga. The problem of the farm in terms of organization were employees' work overload, online check-ups by their veterinarian, and high employee turnover. In terms of production, the identified problem was the farm generator has been out of commission for over a year, and the threat of avian influenza. The researcher made an alternative course of action for these problems and offered recommendations for the improvement and success of the farm. In the problems encountered in the organization, the researcher recommends that the company must hire additional employees and give them designation positions, hire a new professional veterinarian on the farm, and increase the salary of the workers. In the problem encountered in production, the researcher recommends the owners to buy a new generator.
