"EFFECT OF DIFFERENT SOURCES OF CALCIUM ON THE GROWTH AND YIELD OF HOT PEPPER" Bachelor of Science Agriculture Major in Crop Science, Pampanga State Agricultural University, PAC,Magalang, Pampanga. Adviser: VIRGILIO T. BAGUNU, Ph. D. This study was conducted from June 22, 2018 to October 18, 2019 at the experimental area of Crop Science in Pampanga State Agricultural University, PACMagalang Pampanga. The experiment determined the growth and yield performance of off-season tomato applied with different levels of potassium. Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with three replications was used in the study. The treatments were as follows: Tfarmer's practice + recommended rate of (14-14-14), T>-calcium nitrate with recommended of (14-14-14), T3-egg shell powder + recommended rate of (14-14-14), Tykuhol amino acid + recommended rate of (14-14-14), Tsaqua lime + recommended rate of (14-14-14). Based on the findings, the effect of different sources of calcium on the growth and yield of hot pepper showed no significant differences on the plant height at first harvest and last harvest (cm), number of days from transplanting up to flowering, number of fruits per sample plant, fruit weight (gram), computed yield (t/ha).
