Formatted contents note This study was conducted in Pampanga State Agricultural University formerly PAC and was limited to mapping and evaluation of the actual and current land use of the said University. On account of this, specific objectives were laid by the researcher. The first objective was to create a GIS-based map of the actual land use of Pampanga State Agricultural University. Next was to evaluate the conformity of the actual land use of the university to its land use plan. Lastly, was to assess the conformity of Pampanga State Agricultural University's main built up area to its land use plan. Related literature and studies delineated in Chapter 2 were set as basis and were adapted conforming to the aim of this study. The results of mapping of the actual land use of the university showed at least 67 land uses. The conformity assessment performed showed that the overall conformance of the actual land use to the land use plan is approximately 82.03 % with a kappa coefficient of 0.74 which points to a high conformance. The overall nonconformance was also calculated from the error matrix which results from a 17.87% of non-conformity. The conformity assessment performed for the main built up area showed 68.39% of land uses within the main built up area are conforming and 31.61% iS non-conforming. The nonconforming areas are those land uses that are not in.
