GOLIN The farm practice ts a process where students undergo to gain knowledge and to develop their sluills and attitude. To train the students the school let them to experience real life situations where they do not just read or watch it but actually doing the whole thing. Students chose JRS Farm to practice what they have learned in school. The Farm is located in Brgy. Culubasa, Bamban, Tarlac. Students chose JRS Farm to practice what they have learned in school from Apnil 17 to June 3, 2018. It ts owned and operated by Mr Jose Rivera Simeon and has a total land area of four hectares. The farm is comprised of three nursery buildings, four grower-finisher house, three gestating buildings, three farrowing buildings, one boar house, a marketing unit, a laboratory room, a stock room for medicines, a feed mull building and with 13 quarters for laborer's farm has 250 sows for bog productioa with seven boars, 186 gestating sow, 14 dry sow, 43 lactating sow, 42 ready-to-farrowed, 10 replacement gilt, 391 pagiets, $37 starter and 364 growers. Student trainee need to go through with the following to completely finish their task, proper feeding, cleaning sanitanon, semen collection processing, artificia mseminsnon, heat detechon of sows or gilts, assisung the sow dunng farrowin; castrabon, tail docking, ear notching of prglets, and vaccination and medication.
