Formatted contents note TEACHERS' ATTITUDE AND READINESS TOWARDS INCLUSIVE EDUCATION RESEARCHER: TANGUANGCO, ZONA PAZ B. Abstract This research study was conducted to determine the teachers' attitude and readiness towards inclusive education, both the old system and the new normal, as a basis for enhancement activities. The survey included 80 teachers from United Methodist Ecumenical Schools. This study utilized a modified questionnaire from the Survey of Teacher Attitude Regarding Inclusive Education within an Urban School District by Kern E (2006). Data were statically treated and analyzed using mean, frequency, percentage, Pearson R Correlation, and simple linear regression. On the respondents' profile, the respondents' ages were 21 to 41 years old; majority of the respondents had a Bachelor's degree;9 attended five related trainings, and just one had 16 to 18 years of teaching experience. There is a significant relationship between greater than 35 years old both positive and negative attitude towards inclusive education. There is a significant relationship between less than 25 years old and the readiness towards inclusive education. There is highly significant relationship between the attitude and readiness towards inclusive education.A proposed enhancement activities was formulated based on the study according to the profile and results evaluation towards attitude and readiness.
