Formatted contents note The study was conducted to evaluate the management practices of Jajar Pottery located at Sta.Maria Sta.Ana, Pampanga. Specifically, it sought to trace the historical background of the firm and management activities in terms of organization, investment, production, marketing and financial aspects, to identify and analyze the problems encountered, to give possible solutions and to offer recommendations to the existing problems. Primary data were gathered through series of personal interviews with the owner and other staff of Jajar Pottery who also contributed in compiling the files and in gathering the information needed. Secondary data were gathered from current data available and other reading materials. The firm is sole proprietorship owned by Ms. Nelia M. Bonus. Financial statement and ratio were done to determine the financial standing of the firm. The result of the analysis showed that the firm is financially stable. Identification and problem analysis was done regarding the organization, production and marketing operations of the firm. The following are the problems encountered by the firm: in the organization; (1) The Time In and Time Out of the workers. In Marketing; (1); Rushing orders. Alternative courses of action were formulated for the existing problems and recommendation was conducted. Based on the evaluation, the following are recommended to improve the business operation of Jajar Pottery, (1) the owner must have even a attendance machine to see who is the present each working day. It will still help the firm when it comes to man power and production. It helps the productivity of the firm increases. (2) the owner needs to hire more workers to prevent the loses and acquire more opportunities.
