General note The field practice was conducted from September 2018 to September 2019 at Yossi Ben-Dov Farm, Moshav Lachish, Haradom, israel primarily to participate in a training program of agrostudies in a vineyard and attain information about different techniques that can be useful in the future, develop the skills of the trainee, give more knowledge about technologies and cultural practices of grapes farming. In Israel the grapes were grown inside the walled vineyard. July to December typically is the harvest month in Israel. Due to crawling nature the grape vine and its highly valued fermented fruit, it was critical to diligently maintain one's vineyard. Their produce was usually marketed to the locality of the Israel. Pruning is the process of removing some branches of the plant. To help the vine to make it strong grow and produce high quality of fruit. Proper pruning is very important to control the size of the plant and increases the yield. These practices were successfully adapted by the trainee including other practices planting, netting, girdling, thinning of fruits, tying of branches and harvesting of grapes. this kind of program helped the student or trainee to become responsive to the needs of the field and more skilled to the field of agriculture.
